Service

Octoscura is an AI-assisted verification workspace operated by IntentMesh LLC. It organizes claims, sources, passages, contradictions, tests, and conclusions. It can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. A displayed confidence band is an evidence-based judgment, not a guarantee.

Research support only

Octoscura is not a lawyer, clinician, therapist, financial adviser, emergency service, or substitute for qualified professional judgment. Independently verify material decisions, quotations, dates, legal status, and technical findings.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your credentials, submitted materials, source-access rights, and activity under your account. Do not upload material you lack authority to process. You retain rights you hold in submitted content; the limited processing rights required to operate the service are granted for the duration of use and applicable retention.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate law or third-party rights.
• Do not probe, bypass, overload, or misuse security, rate, cost, or access controls.
• Do not use the service to exfiltrate secrets, distribute malware, impersonate others, or create unlawful harm.
• Do not treat retrieved source instructions as authorized system commands.

Costs and limits

Verification runs may consume model, search, retrieval, and storage resources. The workspace exposes configurable case budgets and bounded tool limits, but estimates can differ from final provider charges. A run may stop when a budget, safety, access, or verification gate is reached.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available and may change or be suspended. Provider outages, source restrictions, model access, or incomplete records can prevent a run from completing. No fallback model is silently substituted for the configured production model.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and IntentMesh is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or reliance damages arising from AI output or unavailable evidence. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
