Service Description

Octoscura is an AI assistant service operated by IntentMesh LLC. It provides text and voice conversations powered by artificial intelligence. Octoscura is designed to prioritize truthfulness and accuracy, but like all AI systems, it can make mistakes. You should independently verify important information before acting on it.

Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Octoscura. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free tier: No charge, subject to usage limits
  • Paid tiers: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the Account page
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of charge
  • Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing period

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Octoscura to:

  • Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Octoscura. AI-generated responses are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of conversations or generated content. We reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the service.

Disclaimers

Octoscura is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Octoscura should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. IntentMesh LLC is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntentMesh LLC's total liability for any claims arising from your use of Octoscura shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
