What We Collect

When you use Octoscura, we collect:

• Account information — email, name, and authentication data via Firebase Auth
• Conversation data — messages you send and receive, stored in Firebase Firestore
• Usage metrics — voice minutes, text message counts, and API call counts per billing period
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the Octoscura AI assistant service
• To track usage against your subscription tier limits
• To process billing through Stripe
• To improve the service (aggregate, anonymized usage patterns only)

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not use your conversations to train AI models
• We do not share your data with advertisers
• We do not track you across other websites

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth with industry-standard security practices. Voice sessions use encrypted WebRTC connections.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI — processes your messages to generate AI responses
• Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication and data storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page. To request a data export or have questions about your data, contact us at privacy@intentmesh.dev.
